Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for deburring, polishing, grinding and other post-processing work on the machined parts to ensure that the products meet quality requirements;

According to the drawings and technical requirements, adjust the dimensions and precision of the components;

Cooperate with the quality department to conduct product inspections and promptly repair or provide feedback on any quality issues discovered;

Clean and organize the processed products to ensure they meet shipping or warehousing standards;

Responsible for cutting raw materials for processing parts;

Maintain post-processing tools and equipment, regularly inspect and perform maintenance work;

Maintain close communication with CNC, CNC lathe operators, quality inspectors and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth production processes;

Comply with the company's safety production regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Job requirements:

Vocational school diploma or above, mechanical related majors are preferred;

At least 3 years of relevant experience in machining and fitter, familiar with post-processing operations and bonding processes;

Proficient in using post-processing tools such as grinding machines, polishing machines, files, turret milling, etc;

Can understand mechanical drawings and master basic tolerance and fit knowledge;

Strong hands-on ability and meticulous work attitude;
